Soldiers of the Original 67th NY, First Long Island Volunteers
Of the 1,000 plus men who served in the 67th New York, we have been fortunate to find photographs of nearly two dozen. Below is the collection we have acquired over our years of research. Some are officers, some are enlisted...many survived, some did not...many re-enlisted in the 65th New York after the regiment had mustered out of service...yet all are worthy of mention here on our web site.
The soldiers are listed in alphabetical order with the rank listed as the highest achieved while with the 67th New York. Please click on the thumbnail photo for a full size photo and biography of the soldier. Should anyone out there have additional information, or perhaps a photo they would like to add, please contact us and we would be more than honored to add them to our Muster Roll.
