Twenty-three year old Henry C. Fisk enlisted on May 13, 1861 at Scio, NY as 1st Sergeant of Company C in the 67th New York, 1st Long Island Volunteers. He was promoted to 2nd Lieutenant on October 15, 1861 and made Captain on June 2, 1862.
Henry Fisk was transferred to Co. C of the 65th New York Infantry on September 1, 1864.
