Plymouth Church in Brooklyn Heights invited us to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the start of the Civil War.
The original 67th NY, along with the 13th & 14th Brooklyn, were raised and financed by the famous Reverend Henry Ward Beecher who
preached in this same church. Many famous dignitaries have visited here including Abraham Lincoln in 1860.
