Living History at Bald Hill Schoolhouse

With great relief, we had wonderful weather once more for the annual living history at Bald Hill Schoolhouse in Farmingville, LI. We finally got in much needed drill and this year was the first appearance of wandering Troubadour, Max "Lumpy" Rowland. Federal and Confederate infantry camped on the large green and several civilian impressions took place just outside the schoolhouse (including George's hospital). Around 2:30pm, we held our skirmish and dutifully cleaned our weapons prior to breaking down camp.
