Year in Review
This season found our regiment on secure footing and we participated in annual favorites such as the Saint Patrick's Day Parades, Neshaminy, the 4th of July Parade, Cedar Creek, and the Living History at Gettysburg. We performed at Hallockville on three occasions: first for their May Civil Weekend (that felt like November with the cold, wind, and rain), a Spring tactical, and their Fall Festival. We performed at Old Bethpage Village Restoration for the first time as an independent regiment at their Camp Morgan event. And the crowning affair was the 140th Anniversary of the Battle of Antietam with roughly 20,000 reenactors engaged. As always, we ended the season at Remembrance Day in Gettysburg, this time celebrating our fifth anniversary.
