Living History at Gettysburg National Park

This was one historic weekend to be camping on Gettysburg battlefield. Not only was this weekend closest to the anniversary of the battle but on the following Monday, the Gettysburg Observation Tower was demolished. You will see it one of the photos below. Our Color Sergeant, Patrick Collins (Ty Magliola), wrote up the weekend in his From Garry Owen to Glory report published in the July 2000 newsletter.
