Your Correpondent served as a file closing Sergeant for this event as the 2nd Federal Rifles has their own Sergeant Major (Peter Gilbert)
but donned the 'ceremonial' rank granted by the 67th NY to contrast with Private, Corporal, and Sergeant on previous anniversaries
