Brian Goes to Washington

May 18, 2015

While Brian Niessing was unable to join us in body he was at least with us in spirit as we made this trek for the Grand Review. The day after the parade Your Correspondent took Brian for a lengthy perambulation through modern Washington City taking him to all the spots he surely would have visited including the Washington Memorial, the Jefferson Memorial, the FDR Memorial, the MLK Memorial, the Vietnam War Memorial, the WWII Memorial, the White House, the Smithsonian, and, last but far from the least, the Lincoln Memorial.
