Living History at Bridgehampton Historical Society

Bridgehampton, NY

August 8, 2015

Our regiment was invited by the Bridgehampton Historical Society to organize a Living History demonstration in support of their exhibit 'Honoring Those Who Served In the 127th Regiment, Co. K, N.Y.V. 1862-1865'. This was our first time performing at this Historical Society and although we had very stiff competition from the Hamptons' surfeit of summer activities we still managed to pull in some visitors that were no doubt intrigued by the crazy people dressed from head to toe in wool in this heat. Fortunately, for August, this was a relatively mild day and there was always the airconditioned exhibit inside to which we could escape.
