Sayville Summerfest

On George Munkenbeck's suggestion, we joined his Co. H, 14th Brooklyn in setting up a display at Sayville's Summerfest held on the Main Street of Montauk Highway. The weather was hit & miss with sun & showers and we had still competition from the WWII crowd including two working tanks. The Confederates joined us and we gave a joint salute to WWII veterans that was presided over by Congressman Peter King.
